Fast dispatch is a priority for our team. Orders are dispatched from Melbourne and we offer as many options as we can to ensure affordable shipping tailored to the needs of our customers.
If Express Post is selected we will do everything we can to dispatch as quickly as we can.

Flat Rate Shipping (Standard) $7.5 for Australian orders under $75
$15 Flat Rate - Express Shipping Upgrade
New Zealand Customers
Standard Shipping - $15 Flat Rate
Express Upgrade is $30
International (Outside Australia and New Zealand)
Standard Shipping - $35 Flat Rate
Returns & Refunds Policy
Happy customers are most important to us and so we do all we can to avoid faulty / defective items but if for some reason you have received an item that’s damaged, faulty or not as described please let us know straight away!
You can return an item purchased for exchange within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (the item must be in brand new condition, unwashed and unworn). You will need to contact us to advise the team of your intention to return. Please include your details, order number and reason for return.
Postage costs to return the item are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest the item is shipped with a tracking ID / proof of receipt.
Refunds are not eligible for change of mind but we will assist with an exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,
within 7 days.
Only regular priced items may be
refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
